Color coated aluminum plate

Color coated plate, also known as color steel plate or color plate in the industry. Color coated steel plate is a product made from cold-rolled and galvanized steel plates, which undergo surface pretreatment (degreasing, cleaning, chemical conversion treatment), continuous coating (roller coating method), baking, and cooling. Coated steel plates have lightweight, aesthetic, and good corrosion resistance, and can be directly processed. They provide a new type of raw material for the construction industry, shipbuilding industry, vehicle manufacturing industry, home appliance industry, electrical industry, and other industries, playing a good role in replacing wood with steel, efficient construction, energy conservation, and pollution prevention.

The basic concept of color coated steel plate is to use cold rolled strip steel and galvanized strip steel (electro galvanizing and hot galvanizing) as substrates on a continuous production line, undergo surface pretreatment (degreasing and chemical treatment), apply one or more layers of liquid coating by roller coating method, and then bake and cool to obtain the coated steel plate. There are back (bottom) paint and top (front) paint coatings in China. Generally, there is one layer of back paint and two layers of top paint in China, while the back paint for foreign business is two layers. Due to the fact that coatings can come in various colors, it is customary to refer to coated steel plates as colored coated steel plates.
